Hello dear all,
we want to write an ad because we are looking for a new colleague. I want to list up what we are looking for, what we offer etc.
Can I write it like this:
to do: (or job or task...)
xxxxx
required:
xxxxx
offered:
xxxxx
contact:
xxxxx
or do you have some better ideas? I would be grateful to get advice, thank you.

I would suggest:
1) Duties / Job description / Job summary
2) Qualifications / Job pre-requisites
3) Appointment terms
4) Contacts
I suggest that you look for similar job announcements, in order to see what they look like.
I gather you work in the academic world, what is the science domain of the job?
