Bonjour.
Pourriez-vous m'aider à corriger ce texte s'il vous plaît ? et merci d'avance
For me,i think that first we should believe on there skills so that they will have confidence ,besides we have to give them some space to create and find out what they want to do and give them all the tools that they need to improve themselves, finaly we do not have to forget to encourge them so that they perform better.

Bonjour,
Encore quelques petits problèmes :
For me,I think that first we should believe on their skills so that they will have confidence ,besides we have to give them some space to create and find out what they want to do and give them all the tools they need to improve ,finaly we are not forced to forget to encourage them so that they perform better.
1) Ponctuation : pas d'espace avant une virgule, un espace après.
2) believe ne fonctionne pas avec la préposition on, il en faut une autre.
3) "We are not forced to forget to encourage them" ne veut pas dire grand-chose, reformuler...
Bien à vous
