Bonjour,
Seriez-vous assez aimables de m'aider à corriger ce texte que je viens d'écrire ? je pense que tout le monde pourrait en profiter.

I have speaking right now with Mr X at the phone and we have arranged a first meeting for the 9. June in the morning.
At the moment they aren't urgently projects but Mr. X has confirmed me that they have to change some YY Systems in the next future (prochainement).
John: it's probably not necessary that you come with me at this first meeting because I'm not sure that we will go deep in the technical details but it's up to you.
Alex: I will come back to you soon if I need more information.

Je ne mets pas la traduction française parce que je ne recherche pas du mot à mot, mais juste des phrases correctes.

Hello.

I think you did a good job on these corrections!
- This is a problem-they aren't some urgent...You can't use some with a negative.
- I will return to you is OK, if you mean that you will go to him. If you mean that you will contact him and tell him, you could say 'get back to him'.
