Introduction :
Today we are going to explain what the organic farming is.
To introduce our presentation we have chosen this definition of organic farming because there is no clear universally accepted definition of this concept.
« Organic Agriculture is a production system that sustains the health of soils, ecosystems and people. It relies on ecological processes, biodiversity and cycles adapted to local conditions, rather than the use of inputs with adverse effects. Organic Agriculture combines tradition, innovation and science to benefit the shared environment and promote fair relationships and a good quality of life for all involved ».
We have divided our presentation into three parts :
First, we will explain the characteristics of organic farming
Then, we will move on to an example of an organic farming label with the label AB in France.
Finally, we will focus on the limits of organic farming.
And now, X is going to deal with the features of organic farming.

II) The label AB in France :
Now let’s move on to the next part with an example of an organic farming label : the label AB in France. This label means « Agriculture Biologique », it was created in 1985 and is recognizable on certified products by a logo since 1996. This label is a french quality criteria which allow the population to identify products from organic agriculture. The label is a property of french ministry of agriculture and since the 1st january 2009 its criterias are the same as the European Union organic food label.
The actual certification authorities include a number of different institutes like Aclave, Agrocert, Ecocert SA, Qualité France SA, etc.
According to l’Agence bio, this label guarantees firstly no GMO in food but very small quantities are tolerate if it is accidental or inevitable. Then it guarantees that the food is at least composed of 95% of ingredients from organic production. That is to say that agronomical and farmed practices are respectful of the environment, the well-being of the animal and of the balance of nature. The label certifies the respect of the French’s regulations and finally that the certification is done under the control of an organization allowed by french public authorities which answer at independence, fairness and efficiency criterias.
Since the 6th december 2009, an european logo adopted by the European Union is remplacing little by little the AB’s logo on organic products.

And Now, X will focus on the limits of organic farming.

Hello..

Today we are going to explain what the organic farming is.

Now let’s move on to the next part with an example of an organic farming label : the label AB in France. This label means « Agriculture Biologique », it was created in 1985 and is recognizable on certified products by a logo since 1996.(ordre des mots) This label is a Ffrench quality criteria which allow (accorde) the population to identify products from organic agriculture. The label is a property of Ffrench ministry of agriculture and since the 1st Jjanuary 2009 its criterias are the same as the European Union organic food label.
The actual certification authorities include a number of different institutes like Aclave, Agrocert, Ecocert SA, Qualité France SA, etc.
According to l’Agence bio, this label guarantees firstly no GMO in food but very small quantities are tolerated if it is (pluriel)accidental or inevitable. Then it guarantees that the food is at least composed of 95% of ingredients from organic production. That is to say that agronomical and farmed practices are respectful of the environment, the well-being of the animal and of the balance of nature. The label certifies the respect of the French’s regulations and finally that the certification is done under the control of an organization allowed by the Ffrench public authorities which answer at (prep.?) independence, fairness and efficiency criterias.
Since the 6th Ddecember 2009, an Eeuropean logo adopted by the European Union is remplacing (orth. francais) little by little the AB’s logo on organic products

A very good level of English. But be careful of "criterion" which is irregular in the plural; criterion - singular, criteria - plural(it's originally from the Greek). Mind also the fact that capital letters for proper names are much more commonly used in English than in French, and finally I think you should decide whether you are going to call it 'organic farming, or 'organic agriculture', rather than switch between the two expressions..
