je souhaiterais que quelqu'un m'aide à corriger ce petit texte s'il vous plaît.

The question was about your point of view if the community decides to build a new shopping center .. The writer is with and he explain on what he based in his choice by taking the upside of this subject .. three “potential” advantages are enough for him .. the first one is convenience and reduced time wasted in traffic .. second, improve the economy of the local community and the whole city. The third is the job opportunities offered for student and adults.
