Difference /the and its

Hello,
I'd like to know the difference between the and its.
example, sometimes we say ,the house has good view and sometimes we say, its scenery is so beautiful.
Another question is about the difference between will and shall.

Comme en français , les mots étrangers ont une nature et une fonction . Ils ne s'utilisent pas au hasard .
'The' house : article défini déterminant house : la maison ( celle-ci et pas une autre ) .
' Its view ( scenery , ici ?) : adjectif possessif renvoyant à 'house ' , ni masculin , ni féminin, mais neutre en anglais : son panorama ( celui dont elle bénéficie ) - liste des adjectifs possessifs ( my,your , his, her , its ...)
