Bonsoir,

j'aimerais que vous m'aidiez à corriger cet exercice que j'ai essayé de traiter s'il vous plait.Je tiens aussi à vous prévenir que je suis une débutante. cet exercice est le suivant:
Turn these sentences into passive voice; merci d'avance pour votre aide.

1- people eat maize in many countries. my answer is :in many countries maize is eaten by people
2-i'm doing my exercises. my answer is: my exercises are doing by me
3-we will win the match. my answer is: the match would be win by me
4-speak english. my answer is: english must be spoken
5-william wrote "hamlet". my answer is: "hamlet" was written by william
6-this girl swept the room. my answer is: the roomp is swept by this girl
7-father has worn a nice javket. my answer is: a nice jacket has was worn by my father.
8-she was picking up some fruit. my answer is: some fruit would be pick up by she.
9-my friend sent me a mobile phone. my answer is: a mobile phone was sent to me by my friend.
10-we caught the thief this night. my answer is: this night a thief was caught by we.

1- people eat maize in many countries. my answer is :in many countries maize is eaten by people OK-(or in many countries at the end).
2-i'm doing my exercises. my answer is: my exercises are doing by me-NO
3-we will win the match. my answer is: the match would be win by me NO
4-speak english. my answer is: english must be spoken OK
5-william wrote "hamlet". my answer is: "hamlet" was written by William OK

Look at the correct sentences. Note the changes in verb tense and the use of an object pronoun, not a subject pronoun, and try again.

Bonjour,

- Formation du passif en anglais : règle de base comme en français. Dans la phrase, il faut : le verbe être conjugué au même temps que la phrase active et le participe passé du verbe;
- Exemple :
Cats eat mice : Mice are eaten by cats ( présent)
He has broken the vase : The vase has been broken ( present perfect)
They will buy a car : A car will be bought. (futur)

Essayez de voir les cours et les exercices sur le site, ils vous aideront efficacement et de manière plus détaillée que moi .
