Oral /Lieu et forme de pouvoir
Message de mrlama posté le 17-05-2013 à 01:06:36 (S | E | F)
Hello,

Voici mon dernier texte j'aimerais beaucoup que quelqu'un me le corrige pour demain matin s'il vous plait. Sinon tant pis je ferais avec. Je vais donc profiter du peu de temps de sommeil qu'il me reste
Merci d'avance.

I am going to talk about the notion of locations and Forms of power. First of all I would like to give a quick definition of that notion. The power is a strength or force exerted or capable of being exerted, power is synonym of might. He can be exerted by Justice, the medias (like televisions, radios),High political authorities or how we saw in class by a whole country.
Indeed, according to the movie of Micheal Moore “bowling for columbine” the US nation built itself around the notion of fear. In this cartoon at the beginning, he shows that throughout their history, American people have fought many different supposed enemies and imposed their power on them. The very first horrible act of subservience was against the Indians, then against the british in 1775.Perharps the worst act power they showed in their was during the slave trade. I have the feeling that forcing its power on people is always a nasty process but that’s the history of most civilized countries and that’s how they keep their influence over others and becomes predominant countries in the world, or even the most powerful countries of the world, like the US.
Talking now about the violence in US, an other act of power by firearms. In America, the culture of gun is considerate like the roots. It's a culture and a tradition. It's written in the second amendment of the American Constitution. To aim a gun at somebody it is to subject him, to have the right of life and death on him. Despite all slaughter, who happened like Aurora massacre in 2012 where James Holmes killed 12 people and injured 58 others or the Sandy Hook Elementary school shooting where Adam Lanza shot 20 children and 8 adults dead, nothing changes because of big lobby like NRA who put pressure on government for not to forbid the sale of weapons. As a French citizen, don’ understand their way of thinking. For me to live in terror at school, see all its bloodshed is horrible. But for them, this is normal and it is difficult to change behavior.

Bonjour,
C'est aussi très bien, les corrections sont en bleu :

I am going to talk about the notion of locations and Forms of power. First of all I would like to give a quick definition of that notion. The power is a strength or force exerted or capable of being exerted, power is synonym of might. He(pas une personne) can be exerted by Justice, the medias(toujours singulier) (like televisions (singulier), radios(singulier)),High political authorities or how we saw in class by a whole country. Indeed, according to the movie of Micheal Moore “bowling for columbine” the US nation built itself around the notion of fear. In this(article défini) cartoon at the beginning, he shows that throughout their history, American people have fought many different supposed enemies and imposed their power on them.
Talking now about the violence in US, another act of power --(verbe) by firearms. In America, the culture of gun("culture" est le nom, "gun" est descriptif, donc..) is consider--(passé) like(autre mot) the(possessif) roots. It's a culture and a tradition. It's written in the second amendment of the American Constitution. To aim a gun at somebody it is to subject him, to have the right of life and death on him. Despite all ---(article) slaughter, who(pas une personne) happened like ---(article) Aurora massacre in 2012 where James Holmes killed 12 people and injured 58 others or the Sandy Hook Elementary school shooting where Adam Lanza shot 20 children and 8 adults dead, nothing changes because of big lobb----(autre nom, pluriel) like NRA who put pressure on ---(article) government for not to forbid(autre mot, avec loi) the sale of weapons. As a French citizen, -(1ème personne singulier) don’-(lettre) understand their way of thinking. For me to live in terror at school, see all its bloodshed is horrible. But for them, this is normal and it is difficult to change behavior.

Je n'ai pas corrigé les erreurs de ponctuation puisque c'est oral. Je ne comprends pas ces choses non plus même si je suis américaine.
C'est à vous
