It will host 100000 people. The verb "to host" generally means to act as a host (at an event or for a TV show) or to store (data) - as in a website.
It will be the first city where there will not be carbon emissions.
There are which produce the energy of city. To me, this sentence doesn't make sense and I can't work out what you are trying to say
Theses means of transport don't use fossil energies.
In the UK, we refer to the energy used for transport as "fossil fuel"
