B: Yes, ...

B: No, ....

Correction:
A: Is there any water?
B: Yes, there is some
A: Are there any pears ?
B: No, there aren't
A: Is there any orange juice.
B: No, there isn't.

Make sure all questions have a question mark at the end.
There is one sentence to work on.
There is a lot of bread, but there aren't a lot of sance, we need many sance.

I guess you wanted to say "sauce" instead of "sance".
