1.Vas-tu t’acheter une voiture neuve?, Non, je ne peux pas me le permettre. Les voitures sont si chères de nos jours
.Will you buy a new car? No, I will not, I cannot afford it. Cars are so expensive nowadays.
2.Comme ce livre est interessant! Pourrais-tu me le prêter s’il te plait? Je te le rendrai la semaine prochaine
.How interesting is this book ! Could you please lend it to me ? I shall return it to your by next week.
3.Aimeriez-vous venir avec nous au Théâtre demain soir? Quelle bonne idée, mon mari adore le theater.
Would you like to come along to the theatre tomorrow night? What a good idea, my husband loves going to the theatre.
4.J’ai réussi mon examen d’anglais. Comme je suis contente! Qu’est-ce que tu vas faire l’année prochaine ? Je ne sais pas encore mais je crois que je vais aller au US pour pratiquer l’anglais.
I passed my English exam. How happy I am! What will you do next year? I do not know it yet. I believe that I am going to theUnited States(ofAmerica) to practice my English.
5. Comme votre soeur a l’air triste! Qu’est-ce qui lui arrive?
How sad your sister looks like! What happened to her?

Hello: I hope others will give you more detailed help here.
My first, and very marked, response to your translations is that it's very difficult, almost impossible, to translate phrases such as "Comme ce livre est intéressant!" "Comme je suis contente!" "Comme votre soeur a l’air triste!" into modern British English.
Any phrase which begins "How - " as in "How happy I am!" or "How interesting this book is!" sounds stylised and old-fashioned, rather literary and affected.
I could suggest more appropriate ways of dealing with "Comme . . . !" but I mustn't do your work for you. For it to sound English, you need to find other structures.

I am appalled by Kadzona's post. My certainties are crumbling!!
This is what I teach about exclamative forms:
What can you do with "nice" and "car" ?
1) What a + noun:
What a car! (You can do without an adjective)
What a nice car !
What a nice car it is !
What a nice car you bought!
2) How + adjective.
How nice! (You can't do without an adjective)
How nice this car is!
3) Interrogative form:
Isn't this car nice !!
Doesn't he drive a nice car !
Is "How" really that old-fashioned ? How strange !!
And what about:
such a + noun: I have never seen such a nice car !
so + adjective + a + noun: I have never seen so nice a car !
Faut-il remplacer par: "Ta nouvelle caisse, elle déchire (trop)" ? (today's French!)

I believe (plutôt I think) that I am going to (manque un verbe si vous utilisez le futur proche et non pas le will de volonté)the United States(of America) to practice (en anglais, le verbe prend un s et le nom un c) my English.

Hello!
Here is what Michael Swan writes in "Practical English Usage", Third Edition, about exclamations with "how": "These are often felt to be a little formal or old-fashioned".
It's quite the same in French: "Comme ta voiture est belle !" or "Comme je suis content !". People won't speak like that any more.
They'll say: "Ta voiture est (vraiment) belle !/"Tu as une belle voiture ! or "Je suis (vraiment, bien) content !".

Yes, no one talks like this nowadays unless they want to sound like a snob. I'm sure this sort of affected language still occurs in "high society". But I, having never been there, would neither be able to confirm nor deny it.
It's best just to be direct:
Your sister looks so sad.
This book is so interesting.
