Hello,
Could you help me please?
Thank you for your answers.
What is the difference in interrogative forms with proper nouns and personal pronouns?

Hello,
You are luckier on this forum than on the French one where you also forgot to say Hello or thank you and got your topic cancelled. If I were a sales-assistant in a shop, wouldn't you say hello before asking for help ?
There is no difference.
Is John absent = Is he absent ?
Does John like tea ? = Does he like tea ?
There is a difference between English and French, though.
In English, you can invert a proper noun or a noun:
Does John like tea? Does your friend like tea ?
In French , you can't:
Aime John le thé ? doesn't make sense, and you have to invert the pronoun:
John aime-t-il le thé ? Ton ami aime-t-il le thé ?
