Correction /grammaire
Message de lavino posté le 11-02-2013 à 14:52:07 (S | E | F)
Bonjour,

Jeune retraité j'ai décidé de reprendre mes études d'anglais et j'ai quelques difficultés de grammaire.
Pouvez-vous m'aider à corriger mon texte ci-dessous.
D'avance merci.

According to Fiedler the performance of a group depends not only on the behavior of the leader but his ability to control and influence the variables of the contingent situation. Situational variables of Fiedler model are the group atmosphere, leader-member relations (good or bad), task structure and the strength of the leader's position (high or low). Depending on the combination of these variables, a situation will favor a leadership style focuses on task-oriented or interpersonal relationships. Although many critics blame the Fiedler model's unidimensionality (a leader can not be both task-oriented and people-centered) the approach has the merit of highlighting the fact that while a leader is competent his management style may not be appropriate for a specific situation.

Fiedler's theory is the first theory and the subject of the most intense research. Fiedler's approach departs from trait and behavioral models by asserting that group performance is contingent psychological orientation leader and three contextual variables: group atmosphere, task structure, and power position of Leader. This theory explains that group performance is the result of the interaction of two factors. These factors are known as leadership style and context favorable or not the situation. In Fiedler's model, leadership effectiveness is the result of the interaction between the leader's style and the characteristics of the environment in which the leader works.

Moreover, Fred Fiedler believes the leadership style background for an individual is the key factor in the success of leadership. So he began by trying to know what the basic style for each individual. He created a questionnaire (LPC least prefered co-worker) which is supposed to measure whether a person is more oriented work tasks or rather oriented human relations.

Bonsoir,

je ne vois pas trop de problèmes de grammaire mais des structures incomplètes .
