Bonjour à toutes et à tous .
J'ai des problèmes en expression écrite et je fais beaucoup de fautes , et je ne maîtrise vraiment pas les temps de conjuguaison .
DoncSvp s'il vous plaît , quelqu'un pourrait-il m'aider à corriger une rédaction que j'ai écrite .
C'est une lettre dans laquelle je me plains auprés du directeur d'une entreprise car mon employé est sans respect et sans pitié envers moi .

Dear Sir ,
You must have no idea of me , I have been working in your company since 8 months in the telesales room.
I am writing to inform you of my dissatisfaction about Mr XXXXXX way of behaving .
I know it’s doesn’t a usual letter , but trust me , if I do this , there is obviously a big problem behind it .
I explain each of the problems below.
Firstly , i want to tell you that since Mr XXXXXX became my employer , he has been always disrespectful with me .
For many month , i have not give an answer for his provocations .
But now , it’s enough , I am disappointed and I can’t suffer more than I have already suffered .
Secondly He recently bawl out me very authoritary because I had arrived six minutes late .
All right , I admit that it was my mistake , but my chief has been intolerant with me .
He has increased my quota .
Yes I’m serious , he has increased my weekly quota to eighteen units .
Now let’s be honest , how can I do eighteen units in a week , it’s impossible.
He has also told me that if I have not got eighteen units , my employer will definitely fire me .
It’s totally unfair .
My results in your company have always been good .
To resolve the problem I would appreciate your help , you are my last chance to keep my job .

Bonjour Harry,
Votre impatience est selon moi un peu exagérée ! Vous postez votre requête et 18 minutes plus tard, vous rappelez que c'est urgent !(façon de dire à tout le monde "dépêchez-vous !") N'oubliez pas que les personnes qui viendront vous aider sont des bénévoles et qu'ils ont quand même une vie ! Dit différemment, l'entraide ne doit pas être considérée comme un dû !
Je me devais de le rappeler, ne m'en veuillez pas.
