rebonjour
when "a" Korean guy come"s" to this country, he has "a" plan! In two year"s", "he" must have "his" own business.
In this context, "when" indicates that something happened in the past. The verbs need to be changed accordingly.
When such and such happened, this happened.

Hi notrepere
Would you mind explaining your indications once again because I've not understood them quite well! Do you mean the actions here are passed? What about the last sentence; "He must.."? Please let me know once again!
Thanks!

Hello
If you say "When a Korean guy comes ...", this would indicate a future conditional. When he comes (then) he will have a plan/he will make a plan.
In French, you would use a future/future tense: Je lui dirai (future) quand il viendra (future). I will tell (future) him when he comes (present)
In English you would use the present tense to indicate the future: When he comes...
We know what his plan is: He must have his own business in two years.
He has already made the plan. So we know it is a decision he made in the past.
That means that the verbs must be in the past.
When the Frenchman arrived in the United States, he made a plan: He must own his own business within one year.
Adaptez...
