Hello everybody
S'il vous plait je voudrais que vous
I will present one of the mst famous works of Roy Lichtenstein.
Roy Lichtenstein was born in October 27, 1923 and died in September 29, 1997. He was a prominent American pop artist.
This painting is in Tate Modern, London.
“Whaam” was adapted a comic-book panel created by artist Russ Heath from a 1962 issue of DC Comics' All-American Men of War. The painting showed a fighter aircraft firing a rocket into an enemy plane, with a red-and-yellow explosion. The cartoon style is heightened by the use of the onomatopoeic lettering "Whaam!" and the yellow-boxed caption with black lettering, "I pressed the fire control... and ahead of me rockets blazed through the sky..."
But this particular painting shows the state of mind of painter. Because every time that Roy wanted to rest quietly in his chair and think about what he was going to paint the next day, his neighbor, Jim Lash, was starting his mower gazing. As He could not decently kill his neighbor or even imagine being on a canvas of the massacre, he painted an American fighter plane coming down a Mig communist.
Merci d'avance,
Melody

Bonjour,
Je ferais quelques modifications :
I *am going to* present one of the most famous work* of Roy Lichtenstein.
Roy Lichtenstein was born in October 27, 1923 and died in September 29, 1997. He was a prominent American pop artist.
This painting is in Tate Modern, London.
“Whaam” *has been* adapted *into* a comic-book panel created by *the* artist Russ Heath from a 1962 issue of DC Comics' All-American Men of War.
But this particular painting shows *the painter's state of mind*. *In fact*, every time that Roy wanted to *quietly take a rest* in his chair and think about what he was going to paint the next day, his neighbor, Jim Lash, * began to mow the grass*. As he could not decently kill his neighbor or even imagine being on a canvas of the massacre, he painted an American fighter plane [coming down a Mig communist]. --> Je n'ai pas très bien compris ce que tu voulais dire.
