Correction/In The Ghettos

Hello there.
J'ai un dialogue à réaliser suite à une étude sociologique en anglais avec la Section euro. anglais ! J'ai réalisé un dialogue beaucoup moins travaillé que mon dernier débat, car il doit montrer la façon de parler(très vulgaire et simple, je vous l'accorde!) des habitants de Ghettos de Chicago.
Je voudrais que vous me donniez les erreurs et me disiez si le vocabulaire "familier" voire même "vulgaire" est bien le bon ! (désolé pour la vulgarité ... mais c'est le sujet !)
NB : I watched English series on this subject like The Wire !
I) Norms.
1)In the Ghetto
-Hey brother, help me ! Let me stay at your place for about one month !
-Hum ... I don't know. Mum (daronne ?) is at home this week 'cause she's sick. It' a pain in the ass !
-Fuck ! Come on, man !
-Fuck yeah ... Fuck you come one ...!
2) In the city center (comparaison, the man want to find a house where he will sleep)
-Hey, excuse-me !
(an old woman is going far away from the black man, holding her bag with by her own efforts )
-Hey, excuse-me !
(the man changes his way) -Yes ?
-We're big family, (am I) right ?
-What a poor man ... (and the man goes far away)
- Hey, excuse-me sister !
-Yes ?
-Can you ...
- Oh yes ! I'll help you ! Tell me whatever you want ! Poor guy what do you need ? I'm not married and you're so ...
- ... tell me what time is it ?
- Oh you want my watch ! I'll give it to you, darling !
II) Weed.
1) In the Ghetto.
- Hey brother, help me ! I need it !
- Again ! I gave you some weed last week ! You're bloody annoying ! You're a jerk, I'm not a machine, I can't give you free weed every day !
-Go to hell brother ! I need it and you know, when I'm under drugs I feel so good !
-Fuck you ! It's the last time I give it to you.
2) In the city.
- Hey, excuse-me sister ?
-What's up ?
- Do you know where I could find weed ?
- Yes ! In my garden, of course ! (effet comique)
- Hey, excuse-me man, have you got weed ?
( it's a rich man who looks superior) - Yes, of couuuuuurrrsse !
- Oh thank you, thank you good sir ! I won't forget you ! Sir ? Where are you ???
