Voici le texte que j'ai écrit, pourriez-vous m'aidez à le corriger s'il vous plaît ?
People coming from developing countries, called also the Third World, live in poverty. Consequently their needs differ from european ones; they mainly focus on surviving - including "food and medicine". But, according to developing countries, needs of population differ.
Certain countries know crises, civil wars, epidemic, famine. These countries need above all food and medicine. For example, AIDS affects countries mainly situated in Africa and in Asia : Ethiopia, Kenya, India. Etc. Other countries are in situation of reconstruction and already possessing of the food and the medicine in their country, feel the other needs. For example, we can note the access to the school, to the culture, the fight against the illiteracy. Etc.
Rich countries, which have a lot of ressources should help developing countries, so that they can escape misery and have a decent standard of living. Developing countries would enjoy a safer life but their culture will not be influenced by developed countries' one and they will be able to live by themselves. People in developing countries want to reach happiness as all other humans.

Je dirais 'survival' mais 'surviving' convient aussi.

Pour moi, cette phrase est maladroite. Je vous suggère de la réécrire.
Après avoir la réécrite, voyez ma proposition :
Other countries that are in the process of reconstruction and already possess food and medicine in their country understand the plight of other countries.
For example, we can note the access to the school, to the culture, the fight against illiteracy. Etc.
Je ne comprends pas. Qu'est-ce que l'on peut noter ?
