Achievement/correction

Bonjour,
J'ai fait une rédaction sur le thème "achievement";nous devions utiliser les temps du passé, présent et futur.
Pouvez-vous me dire ce que vous en pensezSVP s'il vous plaît ?

Since I bought my house I have been saving money to transform it. Each year I devote my savings to renovate another room. Last year I finished my bathroom. It was a big budget and it wasn’t easy because we could not have a shower for 3 weeks. We had to wash ourselves in the kitchen sink as in the olden days.
Now, I’m very happy and it’s really pleasant to have a shower in my new bathroom. It’s like I dreamt it to be. It is cream and brown, it is very restful. When we have a bath, we are Zen. The only thing I regret is that I hadn’t planned enough sockets … now it’s too late.
This year I hope to repair outside and that it will probably have finished next year.
I would like to widen my terrace and to have a new lawn. My dream would be to have a large balcony with a direct access to the kitchen … but I don’t know if it’s feasible.
First of all, I’m going to ask advice from professionals and I will ask for an estimate. Then I think that we have to wait our turn because the company has a lot of work. When our turn arrives the work will have been taking for few weeks. And finally, when the outside is finished we are going to have been taken advantage of that and admire the work.
