Bonjour tout le monde,
j'ai à réaliser un procès avec 5 autres personnes et je joue le rôle d'un éditeur de journal qui est en prison pour avoir publié des propos diffamatoires et qui accuse le gouvernement d'avoir violé le premier amendement américain. J'ai rédigé différentes parties de mon passage et j'aimerais savoir si quelqu'un peut corriger mes fautes ou m'indiquer de meilleurs expressions s'il vous plaît.
* Intervention 1 : tout est ok
* Intervention 2 :
In 2005 I was arrested, charged with voilating the 2005 Law and sentenced to 9 month in jail, and I can say it was the hardest month of my life. I lost everything : My Wife who left with my child, my work, my situation (au sens de situation social) , ... But let's go back to the subject : if I'm here today it's in order to repair a misconduct of justice. We will have to act so that justice is done and in order to prevent trough action or omission, more Innocent victims.(alors ici je souhaiterais dire qu'il est nécessaire d'éviter les erreurs judiciaires et que c'est dans cette optique que je fais appel) that's why I bring an action against the government.
* Intervention 3 :
The 4 march 2005, one of my writers gave me an article which he had written (Glups ^^) and who explained that M.X was genetically different, probably due to his family's ancestral practise of incest I can assure that if you drive up moose Valley, the place where he was born, you will saw many mailbox with the same name : his name. When I saw all that mailbox i realised his article was really established ; That's why I deliberately publish it.
* Intervention 4:
Yes of course I know it (la loi de 2005) and i understand it, but if I'm here today that precisely because I think this law was badly used ( Glups again ^^). This article is based on real fact as mister Y tell you, and you can't tell me that it enters whiting the framework of this law. (ici je voudrais dire : Vous ne pouvez pas dire que cette article entre dans le cadre de la loi, qu'il est concerné par cette loi) That's why i think you have violate the first amendment and especially the freedom of press.
