Present perfect

Bonjour,
j'ai un exercice d'anglais à rendre et je voudrais savoir si les réponses suivantes sont correctes s'il vous plaît ? (pp simple ou continu)

1.They "HAVE SOLD" 100 copies of book (SELL)
2.Somebody "HAVE EATEN" my chocolates. The wraping is torn (EAT)
3.It "HAS RAINED". There's a large puddle in the garden (RAIN)
4.Who "HAS EATEN" the cake? I was keeping it for tomorrow's tea (EAT)
5.I can smell the whisk from here. Yoy "HAVE BEEN DRINKING" again (DRINK)
6.Somebody "HAS USED" all my enveloppes (USE)
7.I'm sure you've had enough to drink. You "HAVE BEEN DRINKING" since you came in (DRINK)
8.I'm sorry I'm dirty, but I "HAVE BEEN GARDENING" (GARDEN)
9.Tom and Sarah "ARRIVED". Their car is on the drive (ARRIVE)

Je vais essayer de corriger ce qu'il y a à corriger en essayant de vous expliquer...
1.They "HAVE SOLD" 100 copies of book (SELL) OK (c'est le fait qu'il s'agit d'un bilan chiffré et temporaire qui compte)
2.Somebody "HAVE EATEN" my chocolates. The wraping is torn (EAT)(tout d'abord, rappelez-vous que "somebody" introduit un singulier, donc "Has", ensuite le "be + -ing" serait tout à fait acceptable car il y a une conséquence directe sur la situation "torn")
3.It "HAS RAINED". There's a large puddle in the garden (RAIN)(Be + -ing très recommandé ! L'événement passé a une conséquence sur la situation "puddle")
4.Who "HAS EATEN" the cake? I was keeping it for tomorrow's tea (EAT)OK, mais le Be + -ing serait parfait pour exprimer l'irritation)
5.I can smell the whisk from here. Yoy "HAVE BEEN DRINKING" again (DRINK)OK
6.Somebody "HAS USED" all my enveloppes (USE)(Ou en Be + -ing car il y a ici sans aucun doute cette touche d'agacement)

HelloI agree with brettdallen except #6. To me, only present perfect is correct. You could say "Somebody has been using my envelopes", but the word "all" makes me want to say "Somebody has used all my envelopes".

In reading about PPC, I was reminded about why the continuous tense did not seem correct: Remember that the Present Perfect Continuous has the meaning of "lately" or "recently." Lien Internet
"All" implies a span of time that is likely beyond "lately" or "recently".

I'm confused...if this was an exercise using the present perfect...why use the verb "to be?"

3.It "HAS RAINED". There's a large puddle in the garden (RAIN) OK ( Reverse the phrase order to see why has rained "works." - I see a large puddle in the garden, so I know that it has rained.)
4.Who "HAS EATEN" the cake? I was keeping it for tomorrow's tea (EAT) OK
5.I can smell the whisky from here. You "HAVE BEEN DRINKING" again (DRINK) OK
6.Somebody "HAS USED" all my envelopes (USE) OK
7.I'm sure you've had enough to drink. You "HAVE BEEN DRINKING" since you came in. (DRINK) OK

It was a choice between pp simple and pp continuous.
