Hello everyboby !
can you help me with my writing , please ?
First I had to summerize an article about running :
What does running involve and who does running suit ? The article answers these questions. It also gives some tips to start training.
Secondly I had to write a text about what I’ve just summerized…
To my mind, it’s really important to practise sport because it has an impact on your health and also on your mood. For instance, you feel really happy after having practised a sport because you’ve challenged yourself and you’ve reached your aims. I like to go running once a week because it’s the only sport you can practise without have tried it for a while. Moreover, everyone can run as it’s not difficult but just a little bit repetitive. Personnaly, I listed to music not to get bored or I try to go running with a friend so it’s more motivating. Furthermore, it’s totally free, since you don’t need to register in a club. An other advantage is that you avoid a lot of sports injuries if you are keen on running because it’s not a dangerous sport. Howerver, you ought not to go running if you have painful ankles, knees or feet. To make matters worse, it’s hard to go out in winter or when the weather isn’t good, in these cases you always give up training.
Thanks for your help ! Write soon …

Bonjour,
Voici les erreurs que j'ai pu voir :
First I had to summerize (orthographe) a (article commence par une voyelle) article about running :
What does running involve and who does (mauvais verbe, cherchez plutôt 'fabriquer' je pense) running suit (il n'y en a qu'un ?) ? The article answer (conjugaison) these questions. It also give (conjugaison) some tips to start training.
Secondly I had to write a text about what I’ve just summerized (orthographe)…
To my mind, it’s really important to practise sport because it has an impact on your health and also on your mood. For instance, you feel really happy after having practised a sport because you’ve challenged yourself and you’ve reached your aims. I like to go (mauvaise forme) running once a week because it’s the only sport you can practise without have (mauvaise verbale) tried it for a while. Moreover, everyone can run as it’s not difficult but just a little bit repetitive. Personnaly (orthographe), I listed (orthographe) to music not to get bored or I try to go running with a friend so it’s more motivating. Furthermore, it’s totally free, since you don’t need to register in a club. Another advantage is that you avoid a lot of sports injuries if you are keen on running because it’s not a dangerous sport. Howerver (orthographe), you ought not to go running if you have painful ankles, knees or feet. To make matters worse, it’s hard to go out in winter or when the weather isn’t good, in these cases you always give up training.
Aussi, s'il s'agit d'un devoir écrit, je vous déconseille les formes contractées.
Amicalement.

Bonjour,
Missaurelle a bien donné des corrections. However, it is ok to say "I like to go running..."
