Such ou such a

Bonjour,
je me demandais pourquoi on disait "such good weather" plutôt que "such a good weather". D'après ce que j'ai compris, on met "such a" devant un nom au singulier et "such" devant un nom au pluriel.
En ce qui a trait à "weather" est-ce que c'est parce que c'est un nom qui ne se compte pas, un peu comme certaines règles que nous avons en français?

Du même coup, je me demandais, si on utilise "how" avec un adjectif, est-ce que le sujet et l'auxiliaire du verbe sont obligatoires?
Par exemple, quelle serait la différence de sens entre "How big!" et " How big it is!".

Oui, dans la phrase " How big it is!" le sujet + verbe principal (pas auxiliaire) est obligatoire,
our s'exclamer sur quelque chose de magnifique comme How wonderful it is!....How pretty she is! ( Exclamation sentences)
Pourtant, "How big..." est une phrase interrogative. Elle doit être complétée par un verbe et un sujet, par exemple:
How big is your house? How big is it?

Hello,
When speaking of the weather in general, no article is required. We had such good weather today ! (Also, weather is not a singular noun-it can't be counted).
The specific article 'the' may be used. The weather this week was much nicer than the weather last week.
