Hello,
Could you please help me to find the 2 missing prepositions and correct the others :
Companies lose millions of dollars in business through bad telephone handling. A survey found that company switchboards failed to answer one out of five calls with ten rings, or reply to 10% from calls with 20 rings;
Ninety percent of all sales enquiries begin by the telephone, so this is the opportunity to project a healthy company image one xxx friendliness, efficiency and professionalism. Staff should be aware that bad telephone behaviour can result of millions of dollars at lost revenue.
XXX the insurance business, for example, failure to answer promptly could see a policy from a quarter to a million go straight at the competition.
