exercice 1 :
What does the skipper want them to do ?
- Remplace le nom par un pronom complément : me, you, him, her, us, them.
- Ex. : Don't forget the torch Jack.
----> He doesn't want him to forget the torch.
1. Mary , you should put on some sun cream.
2. John, don't touch the oars.
3. Children, you ought to call your parents.
4. Sally, please put your life jacket on.
5. Ken, will you get me the first aid kit,please ?
exercice 2 :
Imagine where they are. Then say what they want and why.
- Ex. : Husband to wife : "Don't smoke !"
-----> They are in a public building. He doesn't want her to smoke because it is forbidden.
1. Father to son : "Don't lean out of the window!"
2. Mother to daughter : "Don't touch the dog!"
3. Intructor to pupil : "You're driving too fast!"
4. Lifeguard to swimmers : "Swim between the flags!"
5. English policeman to pedestrian : "Look left!"
Voici mes réponses :
exercice 1 :

exercice 2 je n'y arrive vraiment pas, aidez-moi s'il vous plait.

What does the skipper want them to do ?
Il s'agit de commencer chaque phrase par "He wants.."
Il s'agit d'employer un de ces mots dans chaque phrase:
me, you, him, her, us, them
Refaites vos phrases selon mes conseils.

Bonjour, j'ai refait mes réponses les voici:
Exercice 1:
1. She wants her to put on some sun cream.
2. He doesn't want him to touch the oars.
3. They want the children to call their parents.
4. She wants her to put her life jacket on.
5. He wants Ken to get him the first aid kit OU He wants him to get the first aid kit. ( je sais pas j'hésite entre ces deux phrases)
Exercice 2:
1. They are in a high building. He doesn't want him to lean on the window because it's dangerous, he could fall.
2. They are in a park. She doesn't want her to touch the dog because he could bite her.OU because the dog is not clean. (j'hésite entre ces 2 phrases)
3. They are in a car. He wants him to slow down (OU to not drive so fast)because they could have an accident. 'j'hésite entre ces 2 phrases
4. They are at the beach. He wants them to swim between the flags to avoid drowning.
5. They are in the street. He wants him to look to his left to avoid getting hit by a car.
Pouvez vous s'il vous plait me dire si mes réponses sont bonnes, me corriger et pouvez vous m'aider a choisir dans les phrases ou j'hésite entre deux s'il vous plait. Merci d'avance.

J'ai refait les réponses de l'exercice 1 les voici :

He wants him to get him the first aid kit. ( hmmm,very confused!)
I suggest:
I want him (Ken) to get me the first aid kit.
