Passive voice/correction

Do someone can correct this undersitting exercice grammar Could someone correct this exercise please?

EXERCISE A
Underline the passive sentences
1.The company has been based in Bristol for six years.(underline)
2.The company has been purchased recently by Mital (underline)
3.Both men alluded to their experiences in Vietnam.
4.The burglar was arrested on the site.(underline)
5.The baby was carefully looked after(underline)
6.At that time a boss used to pay his secretary £500 a month
EXERCISE B
Decide if it is necessary to say who does the action. If it is NOT necessary cross it out .If it is necessary , put a tick( V)
1. I don’t think your proposal will be accepted by people.
2. The company was founded by the father of the present chairman. (X)
3. All our machines are serviced by highly trained technicians (X)
4. The conference was opened by someone from the London Business School

Re-write these sentences using the passive if it is possible. You may need a negative form. If it is NOT possible ( because the verb is intransitive)Write : Impossible
