Bonsoir,
Les phrases suivantes sont-elles correctes ?
That's really not fair from the customer. We were clear on the agreement !
Furthermore I don't understand their 'basic' reaction since we gave them the procedure to remove old deposit in the fermenting tank which they never manage to remove alone !
Je vous remercie d'avance

Bonjour!
Oui, elles sont plus ou moins justes.
That's really not fair from the customer. -or- The customer is not being fair.
We were clear on the agreement! -or- Our agreement was clear!
Furthermore I don't understand their 'basic' reaction since we gave them the procedure to remove -or- procedures for removing the old deposits in the fermenting (fermentation?) tank which they never manage to remove alone !
Je ne comprends pas le sens de cette phrase. ...which they can never manage to remove on their own
I hope this helps.

Cher Notrepère,
Je voulais dire 'qu'ils n'ont jamais réussi à enlever' en parlant des 'old deposits'
Ne serait ce pas : "they never managed to remove by their own" ou "they never could remove by their own" ?
Regards

Bonsoir,
je crois qu'on dit plutôt on their own.
Si vous voulez enfoncer le clou, vous pourriez dire:
I don't understand their 'basic' reaction since they always had problems removing the old deposits in the fermentation tanks before we were kind enough to give them the procedure to remove them.
I don't understand their 'basic' reaction since they never could remove the old deposits in their fermentation tanks by themselves /on their own/ before we gave them the right procedure.
