Hello everybody;
J'ai comme devoir de réaliser une lettre pour louer un appartement; pouvez-vous me dire si mon texte est juste. Je devais posez des questions au style direct et indirect.
Dear Sir;
I’m writing because I will study for six months at Huddersfield University from September 1 2010 until January 2011 with two friends.
We are very interesting in renting your house at Lockwood for six months.
We hope to ask questions concerning this house.
How many rooms are there and how are the room laid out?
Are the wall are papered or painted?
When is the rent due, monthly or weekly?
I would like to know what is the surface area of the bedrooms and bathroom.
Could you tell me if the neighbours are friendly?
How many the heating , electric bill ?
What is the average temperature in winter ?
I would like to know if there is a garage for my car or not ?
Is there any corkers and cooking utensils in the kitchen?
Are the windows equipped by the shutters.
Could you tell me how far is the nearest shopping precinct?
Do you supply bed linen and towels.
What channel can be received ?
Please would you ring me or send me a fax to let me know the answer of this question?

quelques éléments : very interested, we hope would like to ask questions, are the walls papered,
how many much are the heating and electric bills (il doit y avoir une formule plus élégante),
Are there any, equipped with, channels, the answers to these questions
