Correction /Believing in oneself

Bonjour tout le monde !
Je dois faire une rédaction en anglais de 150 mots et j'aimerais savoir ce que vous en pensez. merci =)
J'aimerais aussi savoir s'il y a des fautes.
"Believing in oneself is a key to success"
"I wish I had know... but I didn't dare". Every day, a lot of people don't take the opportunity who could have changed their life because they don't believe in themselves. But what's « believing in oneself » ? First , beliving in oneself is when you can identify your strength but also your weakness, because you have to develop your asset to succeed. Beliving in oneself is thinking that impossible is nothing. Indeed, a self-confident person will have ambitious projects contrary to a person with a weak self-esteem. The confidence enable us to start again in case of failure, because we consider that we are able to succeed. It helps us to learn from our mistakes and gain experience. Lastly, the confidence can have important consequences on our world. If people like Graham Bell or Galilei didn't dare maintain and prove their revolutionnary discoveries, our living conditions would be worse than actually. So we can declare that beliving in oneself is a key to success.
