Traduction work experience

Bonjour,
Je suis actuellement en bts AG en alternance, et je prépare mon oral d'anglais.
J'ai commencée a rédiger mon work experience mais j'ai des problèmes de traductions.
Je compte sur vous pour m'aider.

I work at Aquitaine Spécialités since summer 2008 until August 2010. It is a mall company located near Bordeaux.
Initially, it was a family business which has become a manufacturing company called "Canelé de Bordeaux" (a special pastry of the region). 40 employees work in this firm.
Nous disposons d’un service qualité, d’un service commercial, d’un service production, d’un service technique et d’un service ressources humaines.
I work in the marketing and sales department from Monday to Friday from 9.00 AM to 5.00 PM. I have an hour break for lunch. Ce service est composé d'une responsable des administrations des ventes qui dirige les différents processus mis au point par notre qualité (la relation humaine, la facturation et la logistique).
I have many responsibilities within the company. I deal with the commercial and administrative tasks. For example, I am in charge of telephone contacts during the order taking, providing discounts, I offer customer service. I also enter accounting data, managing customer accounts, I provide billing. I also take care of logistics, for example, when creating the documents necessary for shipping orders.
Grâce à l'alternance, j'ai mis en pratique mes connaissances théoriques et professionnelles, j'ai gagnée en expérience et développer mes compétences.
Mais concilier les études et le travail a été difficile pour moi.
to conclude, I am very pleased to be in this firm. But I do not intend to stay because I need to experiment new ways of working in other firms.

I (was given serait peut etre plus judicieux a moins que tu soit employé pour toujour )have many responsibilities within the company. voila je n'ais pas voulu trop t'aider car si tu leurs sort un truc en Anglais Nikel il vont attaquer la conversation a l'oral en anglais et si tu t'en sort pas il vont se rendre compte ... et donc te plomber je pense que le mieux c'est d'utiliser tes mots et d'expliquer ce que tu a ressenti au sein de l'entreprise

The company consists of 6 Department is the largest production, with 34 employees. Then we have a technical service for the repair of production machinery, service quality, service sales, service and human relations.
I work in the marketing and sales department from Monday to Friday from 9.00 AM to 5.00 PM. I have an hour break for lunch. This service consists of a head of sales, which leads the various processes developed by our quality (human relations, billing and logistics).
I was given have many responsibilities within the company. I deal with the commercial and administrative tasks.
