Bobby lui demanda pourquoi elle était allée au poste de police. Betty lui expliqua qu’elle avait déclaré avoir perdu son passeport pour en avoir un autre le plus vite possible. Bobby lui rendit donc son passeport qu’elle apporta au policier, disant qu’elle l’avait retrouvé. Bobby avait cependant commis une grave erreur car il avait sans le savoir glissé sa carte bancaire dans le passeport et Betty s’en rendit compte tout de suite. Elle demanda à Bobby s’il ne voyait pas d’inconvénient à ce qu’elle aille faire des courses. Il accepta, pensant qu’il serait tranquille pour un moment. Elle se rendit dans des magasins de luxe et acheta tout ce qui lui plaisait et même davantage. Une fois rentrée elle prit soin de remettre la carte bancaire dans le portefeuille de Bobby, et lui dit qu’elle aimerait bien aller au restaurant. Tout heureux que les choses s’arrangent entre eux Bobby l’invita à passer la journée sur un bateau-mouche.

Bobby asked her why she had gone to the police station. Betty explained him that she had declared her passport lost to have another one as quickly as possible. Bobby gave back her passport she brought to the policeman , saying she found it again.
Bobby had, for that, done a serious mistake because he had ,without know it, put his bank card in the passport and Betty sees it now. She asked Bobby if he didn't see a problem that she goes make shopping. He agreed thinking he will be quiet for a moment. She went to the nicer shops and bought all that she liked and more.
Once come back, she put again, with precaution, the bank card in Bobby's papers and tall him she would like going to the restaurant.
Happy all the things go better between them, Bobby invited her to spend the day on a water-bus.

J'ai fait quelques essais de tournures, ne hurle pas

Betty was asked by Bobby what she went to the Police station for and she told him she declared her passport lost in order to get another one as soon as possible.
So, Bobby gave her, her passport back which she brought to the policeman pretending she regained it. Yet, Bobby seriously slipped up by squeezing his credit card in the passport and Betty realized it right away. She asked Bobby whether he didn't mind her doing some shopping. He said "yes" thinking she would be well behaved for a while. She went to some luxuries shops and bought all what indulged herself and even more.
Once being at home she managed to put back carefully the credit card into the wallet and told him she would like to eat out. Being high happy, thinking the situation settled down among themselves, Bobby invited her to spend the day on a boat taxi.

She went in luxuries shops and bought all she wanted and much more. When she came back, she put carefully the bank car in the Bobby's wallet and told him that she would like to go to the restaurant.
Completely happy that things turned out right between them Bobby invited her to pass the day on a boat taxi.

Hello!

Bobby asked her wherefore she went to the police station. Betty explained him that she declared her passport was lost and wanted to receive another one as soon as possible. Bobby returned her passport then she went again to the police station and said that she found it.
However, Bobby forgot his credit card in her passport and Betty profited of his mistake.
She asked Bobby that she went to go shopping. He accepted, thinking he would be quiet for a moment. She went to the luxuries shops and bought all lovely objects and more.
At home, she put secretly the credit card in his wallet and she said that she would..... go to the restaurant. He was happy what all was perfect. Bobby invited her to make a day on a boat taxi.

Le célèbre Harrods, c'est un 'up-market department store'.

- “Here it is”, Bobby said as he was handing her back the passport.

She went off to the police station again, showed it to the officer and said she had found it back. Yet, Bobby had made a dreadful mistake. He had put his credit card in it by accident. Betty immediately realized it and asked Bobby if he minded her going shopping. He agreed, thinking he would be left alone for a while. She hit pricy boutiques and bought all she wanted and even more. Upon her return, she made sure to put Bobby’s card back in his wallet and told him she would not mind going out for dinner. As he was glad to see that things had worked out, Bobby invited her to spend the day on a fly-boat.
