Subject: Write to a customer to tell them that the product/service they want is not available at the moment.
Dear Customer,
Unfortunately, our new model of personal Computer that you asked for, is currently unavailable. However, we will receive further models in the next week. Likewise, our brand offers also other computers that may interested you. That is why I decided to join to this email our catalogue.
