Bonjour,
Je recherche de l'aide concernant un exercice d'anglais.
"For each of these events write two different quiz questions.
- David Killing Goliath
- Galileo inventing the telescope."
pour moi c'est bizarre ça devrait être du Prétérit v-ing.
- David was Killing Goliath
- Galileo was inventing the telescope.
Il s'agit peut-être d'une expression diminutive ?

ET pour mes réponses a cet exercice:
- David Killing Goliath
- Who was David Killing ? David was killing Goliath
- Who was being killed by David ? Goliath was being killed by David
- Galileo inventing the telescope
- Who was inventing the telescope ? The telescope was being invented by Galileo
- What was Galileo inventing ? He was inventing the telescope

Pour vous est-ce bien correct ??

Je ne vois pas l'utilité de certaines majuscules.

Hello, "David killing Goliath", est une proposition gérondive, donc un groupe nominal (et pas verbal) qui dénote une action ou un évenement. La phrase verbal est "David killed Goliath", et vos questions peuvent (et devraient) garder le verbe.
