Quelle est la différence entre:
1) I have done my homework
et
2) I did my homework
?
-----------------------------
Dites-moi si je me trompe
1) J'ai fait mes devoirs (donc le prof ne me punira pas)
2) Je faisais mes devoirs (quand j'étais jeune, je faisais mes devoirs)
Merci d'avance pour vos réponses.

Present perfect (I have done) or past simple (I did)
1/Present Perfect (have done)
I've done a lot of work today.
We use the Present Perfect for a period of time that continues from the past until now /with time references that refer to the time up to now. For example, today, this week, since 1985, this month, ever, never, already, recently, yet etc.
Examples
I haven't seen her today.
Have you ever smoked a cigarette?
I have never been abroad before.
2/Past Simple (did)
I did a lot of work yesterday.
We use the Past Simple to talk about a definite finished time in the past. For example, yesterday, last week, from 1985 to 1991, when, when I was at school, then, after etc.
Examples
I finished university three years ago.
Where did we first meet?
I didn't study French at school.
I hope I have helped you out
